There’s no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel — you only ever pay for credit you choose to buy.
Unused credit
Credit you haven’t used can be refunded in full within 30 days of buying it. Ask us, and it goes back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid from.
Credit you have used
Credit that has been spent paid for work already done, at cost, so it can’t be refunded. If a document or scan was read badly because of a fault on our side, tell us — we’ll put the credit back.
If a payment goes wrong
- Money left your account but no credit appeared: it is usually confirmed within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, it is refunded in full — write to us if you don’t see it.
- You were charged twice for one top-up: the duplicate is refunded in full.
How long a refund takes
Refunds are made through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
